Left hand menu: Responsibilities forms

The allocation of responsibilities form is an important document for your site, which shows who will be responsible for important tasks relating to your water safety onsite. The options for each of the categories is 'client', 'hydraclean' or 'N/A'

The document will be completed by a hydraclean administrator, then passed over to yourself for sign off. If any of the areas are not correct, you can request changes. Once the document is completed to your satisfaction, it can be signed off which will then create a PDF record which you can download, showing who is responsible for these important tasks.
