Site details

The default view is the schedule; this shows the engineering/maintenance works booked in for your site. Items in green have been completed, orange means booked, and red means the works have not been completed on the assigned date. Clicking on the [Download work report] link will download the PDF documentation which contains all the certificates relating to that visit.  

Tabs within the site details page

• Completed main tasks – a list of all completed visits, with a link to download the documentation
• Upcoming main tasks – a list view of all scheduled visits to your site
• Individual certificate pages – this provides a quick way of downloading individual reports for your site, eg shower certificates, tmv servicing certificates. 
• This is also where you would location items such as sampling and water testing results
