Left hand menu: command structure forms

The command structure form is an important document for your site, which shows the responsible people both within your organisation & within Hydraclean, and what duties they hold in the scope of your site. The intended use is that is provides a downloadable PDF for both yourself and Hydraclean, so you have a permanent record of the contact details for people involved with the maintenance of your site.

The 'completed by hydraclean' section will be prefilled by hydraclean administrators. The 'completed by client' section is for you to fill in the contact details of the relevent people at your site. The 'completed by client' section can be updated by you at any time. Once the form is completed by both parties, it can be downloaded as a PDF for your records.
