Hydraclean administration will create the user account for you. Your username is your business email address. Hydraclean will provide you with your initial password. Should you not have access to your password, you can use this page to reset it. Please note, after the initial set up, Hydraclean admin can’t advise of your password for security reasons, you will need to reset it:
